This is for a 0ne to one session. Learn various meditation techniques, find what works for you. Then gain an understanding of mindfulness and how to incorporate it into your daily life.

Mindfulness is about focusing your awareness on the present moment. Acknowledging your feelings, thoughts and bodily sensations as they are at that moment. Holding no judgement to them. 

Mindfulness encourages a holistic approach to your mind, body and spirit.
